The D3 Culinary Arts program at Politeknik Internasional Bali is a specifically designed study program for individuals with dreams of becoming an entrepreneur or a professional worker in the culinary industry.

The program features a higher proportion of practical classes compared to theoretical classes, which are continuously fine-tuned to the current industry needs. PIB provides supporting facilities such as kitchen, pastry and bakery laboratories that are adapted to the industry’s international standards.

Students of PIB will be qualified to work as a professional in the culinary industry by providing access to practical learning experience, entrepreneurship training, leadership, and exclusive training on traditional Balinese culinary and dish decoration. This program also specifically combines three important elements, which are taste, art and nutrition science, to produce superior quality dishes.
