About the Program

The Sport Coaching & Community short course at PIB College is an engaging 4-week program designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge to become effective sport coaches while fostering a sense of community through athletic development. This program blends theoretical learning and practical applications to explore various coaching methodologies, leadership techniques, and strategies for building inclusive and supportive sports environments. Participants will gain hands-on experience in designing training sessions, motivating athletes, and promoting physical and mental well-being. With Bali as the backdrop, the program incorporates excursions to local sports facilities and cultural sites, offering an enriching experience that combines learning with exploration.
