On June 19-20, 2024, PIB College hosted Tumbas Hanami, an unmissable fine-dining wine-pairing event. This event is a collaboration between students from the Culinary Arts & Gastronomy and Hotel Management programs. Imagine delicious Japanese-Indonesian fusion dishes paired with carefully chosen red and white wines designed to create the perfect harmony of flavors.
Students from the Culinary Arts & Gastronomy program were in action in the kitchen, demonstrating their expertise in cooking and baking high-quality dishes, from appetizers to desserts.
