Tabanan – The Event Management Study Program at PIB College proudly announces the inauguration of the Student Association of the Event Management Study Program for 2023, which took place on Friday, June 9, 2023. This inauguration event aims to strengthen the Event Management student community and introduce the new board members of the Student Association (HIMA) to the entire academic community.
The inauguration of the HIMA Prodi Event Management was attended by the Director of PIB College, Prof. Dr. Ir. Anastasia Sulistyawati, M.S., M.M., M.Mis., D.Th., Ph.D., D.Ag. In her speech, Prof. Suli congratulated Thea Theodora Wijaya as the Chairperson of HIMA Prodi Event Management 2023, and Felicia Amalia Rajagukguk as the Vice Chairperson of HIMA Prodi Event Management 2023, who were elected as this year’s leaders. Prof. Suli also expressed motivation and hopes for the Event Management students to become a resilient next generation, and she prayed that through this association, all board members could make the study program and all students within it more united and successful in the future event industry.
In addition, the Vice Director of PIB College, Dr. Paulus Herry Arianto, M.A., CBC., also attended the inauguration. Congratulations to the new board members of HIMA Prodi Event Management and support for the development of the Event Management study program at PIB College were directly conveyed during the inauguration ceremony.
The Head of the Event Management Study Program, Ganang Adityo Prakoso, S.Tr.Par., M.Par., CHE., also attended to inaugurate and lead the handover ceremony from the leadership of HIMA Prodi Event Management 2022 to the leadership of HIMA Prodi Event Management 2023. He expressed support and provided tips for this year’s leadership to focus on the successful implementation of the planned work programs.
With the inauguration of HIMA Prodi Event Management, it is expected to create an active academic environment that supports the development of students’ skills in the field of event management. Through the activities organized by HIMA, it is hoped that Event Management students can expand their knowledge, improve their skills, expand their networks, and build a strong brand in the event industry.
PIB College, as the best event campus in Bali, is committed to continuously supporting the development and success of students in the Event Management Study Program. With the presence of HIMA Prodi Event Management, students are expected to have the right platform for organizing, participating in social activities, and enhancing their experience and skills in managing events.
