The workshop is guided by Ketut Wibawa, an experienced instructor from the Hotel Management program at PIB College. He leads participants directly, teaching them how to recognize quality coffee beans, differentiate the names and functions of equipment used in the coffee-making process, and explore the unique characteristics of each type of coffee. Participants are also taught the essential steps in presenting a perfect cup of coffee using a coffee machine.
